Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you would like them sent, and we take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive quickly.We are happy to send your goods to virtually any address in the world, your package can be delivered to wherever is most convenient to you - so don't forget to decide whether you'd like your order delivered to your home or work address. All UK orders are dispatched via DPD where a signature is required for all deliveries. The delivery charge stated below is per order, not per item. To minimise delays please ensure you are able to accept the delivery between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES:

UK Christmas Delivery: Please place your order by 2pm on Friday 21st December to guarantee delivery before Christmas. Any orders placed between3pm Friday 21st December and 2pm Monday 24th December will not be delivered until 27th December 2012.

  • We use DPD Next Day Delivery service;
  • Delivery to addresses within the UK costs £6.00 if you select Next Day delivery your goods will be delivered next day however, this is subject to stock availability, your details being verified and payment being processed successfully;
  • Orders of a value above £100 will receive FREE delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland;
  • Orders received and cleared before midday Monday to Friday will be delivered by DPD Next Day Delivery service subject to stock availability and payment being processed successfully;
  • Orders placed before midday on Friday will be delivered on Saturday if the delivery address is open on a Saturday subject to stock availability and payment being processed successfullyIf you place your order on Friday after 1pm, it will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday before 1pm subject to stock availability and payment being processed successfully;
  • We endeavour to despatch all orders within 1 working day subject to stock availability and payment being authorised from your issuing bank;
  • Parcels will need to be signed for in person so please state the delivery address as an address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work);
  • In the event that no-one is available to receive a Special Delivery item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date. If there is nobody present to collect your delivery from the courier on the third time, you will be expected to pay an additional delivery charge for re-delivery.

European & International Orders

  • We use and track goods using Royal Mail International Signed For items up to the point they leave the UK and in some cases on arrival in the destination country
  • You can check the progress of your item(s) by using Track and Trace
  • Delivery to addresses in Europe costs £15.00 (5-7 working days)
  • We also offer International Express Delivery. This service is an express delivery option (2-3 working days) and costs £30.00 
  • When your item reaches its destination country it is handed over to the local postal service for delivery through their regular registered service. A signature will be taken on delivery

Please note for all international orders, please note that delays can occur in customs and these delays are beyond our control. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Import Duty
We ship to all countries outside of the EU on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that you are liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on your item(s). We have no control over these charges and cannot confirm how much the charges may be. You are also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather.

Aftershock cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. As the customer, you are responsible for paying the duty.

Late Deliveries
Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons. First, please check to see where your parcel is with DPD, using the tracking code sent in your order update email – this information will state if there is an issue with your order. If it has left our warehouse, and you feel it's ‘severely overdue' please contact enquiries@aftershockplc.com quoting your order number, and they will investigate further.

Purchase of items on Sale

Items designated as "SALE" can be exchanged for items of the same or higher value. Items designated as "SALE" can only be refunded if an email is sent to enquiries@aftershockplc.com with the intention to return within 7 days of delivery. Please note we do not offer returns/exchanges on pierced jewellery for health and safety reasons unless items are deemed faulty or damaged.

Gift Wrap

Such is our commitment to quality that your Aftershock piece of clothing or accessory will arrive in specially branded tissue paper, protected inside an exquisite branded dressing-table-worthy or gift box. Your purchase is then carefully wrapped in black Italian ribbon.

Please note that you do not need to request this as all our products aim to be beautifully gift wrapped. You can also have the gift delivered to the recipient by choosing to provide an alternative delivery address. If the name provided with the delivery address is different from that of the billing address, the invoice will be forwarded to the billing address.

Although we aim to do our best, we cannot offer this type of packaging for our handbags at this moment in time.
