Not a problem!

Simply return the goods to us using the RETURNS FORM provided within the package within 14 days of receipt and a full refund will be issued (excluding original postage costs). Please ensure you return the items to us in good time so we receive the items within our 14 day policy. Please note; some items are excluded from our returns policy due to hygiene reasons. We do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery or items that have had their tags removed.

How to proceed if you would like to return/exchange your goods from the UK

  • Please ensure the RETURNS FORM is completed correctly including order information so we are able to track your order without any issues. Kindly remember to state your Order Number, Order Date, whether you wish to request for a Refund or Exchange, products returned and reason for return. Enclose the Returns Form with the items you are returning. If this document is not enclosed we regret that we cannot process your return or exchange. 

  • Unfortunately, we can not accept returns where the return tags have been removed or where the item/s has been worn. Items must be returned in the original condition with packing.

  • Sale items can be returned or exchanged if an email is sent to enquiries@aftershockplc.com with the intention to return within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer returns/exchanges on earrings, jewellery or rings for health and safety reasons unless items are deemed faulty or damaged.

  • We recommend that returns/exchanges are shipped through tracked and insured means. Please note that we do not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit whilst being returned to us. We strongly recommend you handle all goods with extreme care and attention as they are solely your responsibility once you have received them. Please retain your proof of postage.

 

How to proceed if you would like to return your goods from overseas

  • To return/exchange your goods you must let us know in writing within 7 days of receipt. Please email returns@aftershockplc.com and you will be emailed a returns form including a Returns Authorisation number which we will use to track the progress of your returns once we receive them. Alternatively, you can call us on +44 (0161 839 1916 for further instructions.

  • We advise all our customers to use a reliable and fast courier service to ensure items are delivered to us within 21 days. 

  • Please note that we do not take responsibility for packages lost in transit during this period and the sender must return the item at his or her own risk.

  • All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. We are also unable to refund any shipping charges.

Receiving a refund

Refunds to you will be made within 28 days. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU). Please ensure that the Return Form is completed and enclosed, otherwise your refund will not be processed.

 

Discount codes & Vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level
