Exchange & Returns Policy

Doesn't fit or not quite what you thought it would be? No problem!

Email info@aftershockplc.com to request an exchange/returns form with your order number and return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange or full refund. Please note; some items are excluded from our returns policy due to hygiene reasons. We do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery or items that have had their tags removed.

EXCHANGE & RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR UK ORDERS

  • Please email info@aftershockplc.com with your order number to request an exchange/returns form. Please also state the item(s) you wish to exchange/return. Enclose the exchange/returns form with the item(s) you are returning. If this document is not enclosed this could delay your exchange/return. 

  • We are not able accept returns where the return tags have been removed or where the item/s has been worn. Items must be returned in the original condition with packing.

  • Sale items can be exchanged or returned if an email is sent to info@aftershockplc.com with the intention to return within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer exchange or returns on earrings, jewellery or rings for health and safety reasons unless items are deemed faulty or damaged.

  • We recommend that exchanges or returns are shipped through tracked and insured means. Please note that we do not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit whilst being returned to us. We strongly recommend you handle all goods with extreme care and attention as they are solely your responsibility once you have received them. Please retain your proof of postage.

REFUNDS

Refunds to you will be made within 14 days. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or Paypal account. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU). Please ensure that the returns form is completed and enclosed, otherwise your refund will be delayed.

DISCOUNT CODES AND VOUCHERS

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
