All UK orders are sent via a fully tracked service and a signature is required for all deliveries. We aim to send all orders placed by 16.00 on the same day. All Europe & International orders are sent via Royal Mail, on a tracked and signed service. Express Europe & International orders are sent via DHL, FedEx or UPS on a tracked and signed service. As with our UK orders, there is only one delivery charge per order, so you can treat yourself to that extra dress.

IMPORT DUTY
We ship to all countries on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that you are liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on your item(s). We have no control over these charges and cannot confirm how much the charges may be. You are also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather.
Aftershock London cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. As the customer, you are responsible for paying the duty.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country so we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
LATE DELIVERIES
Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons. First, please check to see where your parcel is using the tracking code sent in your order update email – this information will state if there is an issue with your order. If it has left our warehouse, and you feel it's ‘severely overdue' please contact info@aftershockplc.com quoting your order number, and they will investigate further.
If you are unable to find your tracking number please email info@aftershockplc.com and one of our customer service team members will be able to provide it to you.
GUIDELINES WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER
During the registration process you will need to provide your personal details. This will include name, address, phone number and email address. If choosing to purchase, you will also be required to provide payment details. In providing these details you automatically authorise the validity of the card and your ability to use it. You must be the person referred to in the payment information provided.Your purchase from Aftershock London must be for personal or gift use of the buyer only and items are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit unless you are a trade customer.
We reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address. By offering your payment details you agree to credit checks to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
We ship goods internationally, to the UK, Europe and Rest Of The World. We use the GBP currency and all standard prices shown on the site are in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT. The GBP (£) price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured. You will also incur carriage costs. The final price customers will be charged is calculated at checkout.
If you choose to use the currency converter for US Dollar ($) or Euro (€) rates, all prices stated are calculated at the current exchange rate. All orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability. We confirm all orders by email.We reserve the right not to accept your order, for example, if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or that the item is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control.
We may also refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from our site whether or not that merchandise has been sold. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Amex), Laser and Switch debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Aftershock London. PURCHASE OF ITEMS ON SALE
Items designated as "SALE" can be exchanged for items of the same or higher value. Items designated as "SALE" can only be refunded if an email is sent to info@aftershockplc.com with the intention to return within 7 days of delivery. Please note we do not offer returns/exchanges on pierced jewellery for health and safety reasons unless items are deemed faulty or damaged.
SECURITY GUARANTEE
Aftershock London web technology is hosted on a secure server using SSL technology (secure sockets layer) to ensure that all credit or debit card transactions are completely secure. Every time we receive an order, we use fraud checking systems as well as authentication processes before we fulfil it. When you use our website, the secure server will encrypt all of the personal information you send us, including credit or debit card number, name and address. Encryption turns the information you enter into complex code which is then securely transmitted.
We take all reasonable measures to keep your personal information, order and payment details secure. However, we cannot be held liable if an event beyond our control results in loss to you.

REFUNDS
Refunds to you will be made within 14 days. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or Paypal account. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU). Please ensure that the returns form is completed and enclosed, otherwise your refund will be delayed.
DISCOUNT CODES AND VOUCHERS
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
